Margherita Pizza

Cooking Video for Kids: Pizza Margherita Recipe (Sneak Peek from Chef Junior!)

Be still my heart…I don’t dare enter the kitchen anymore during kids’ cooking night because I kibitz too much, but I know the kids have fun and do a great job. You and I both get a peek into what Paul and Leah do on Wednesday nights!

This week they made one of Paul’s recipes from Chef Junior, a cookbook by kids, for kids. Paul also edited the whole video and I didn’t even see it until it was completely finished!

How did he do? #proudmama

Your kids can make margherita pizza with any homemade crust, pizza or spaghetti sauce, mozzarella (preferably fresh), sliced tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil, and salt…or order Chef Junior to get Paul’s exact recipe!

Paul was inspired to write this recipe after he edited this interview with a chef.

Enjoy!
