To access the online Kids Cook Real Food eCourse or Free Video Series, you must attest that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions contained in this eCourse Terms and Conditions Agreement. The term “course” includes the eCourse web pages, courses, videos, and all associated materials. Read this eCourse Terms and Conditions Agreement carefully.
Use of eCourse Materials
All eCourses and associated materials, along with references used in or related to the eCourses, are the copyrighted property of Kitchen Stewardship or of third parties and used under permission granted to Kitchen Stewardship and may only be used in the manner detailed in this eCourse Terms and Conditions Agreement.
Permission to use the eCourse and associated materials in any other way must be obtained in writing from Kitchen Stewardship and/or the publisher or author of the material. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for the eCourse or others as approved by Kitchen Stewardship. You may use the eCourse and associated materials to personally teach as many children as you would like, not for profit. A group of friends in a private home or even a homeschool co-op are all acceptable uses of your membership. However, you may not pass along the materials to others (either for their personal use, or to teach other children) or accept money for teaching the classes. We do offer a Classroom Edition License for for-profit educators. Contact [email protected] for details.
As an eCourse registrant, you will have online access to the eCourse and associated materials for the term for which you registered: either 12 months or as long as Kitchen Stewardship hosts the materials (and for a minimum of one (1) year at VIP level). After that time, Kitchen Stewardship may choose to discontinue the eCourse, at which time online access may also be discontinued. Any lifetime memberships are allowed to download videos and PDFs, hence access continues even if the online membership site is gone.
The only physical products associated with the eCourse are through the Concierge Experience, and physical products are non-refundable.
You may view and read all materials that are part of the eCourse. In terms of printed materials, you may copy and distribute the eCourse “Memory Tools” and distribute them only to the children you teach. All other printed materials are the copyrighted property of Kitchen Stewardship, and may only be used personally by you. You may also download and save or print any and all PDFs and other electronic files that are part of the eCourse and associated materials. However, they may be used only for the purposes set forth above. PDF and other electronic files may not be disseminated to third parties in either electronic or printed form. Other than teaching children, you are prohibited from sharing, communicating, publishing, or in any manner distributing to other parties the eCourse and its associated materials.
These terms and conditions apply immediately upon registration for the course, and continue while you are taking the eCourse, and upon and after completing, withdrawing from or terminating the eCourse.
Only eCourse registrants have access to the eCourse content. You are prohibited from sharing your login information with others.
Email Notification and Text Messaging
You will be added to the Kitchen Stewardship LLC customer list and will receive emails pertaining to the eCourse as well as other pertinent offers. You may unsubscribe at any time, but this will interfere with your notifications about eCourse updates and reminders to do the lessons. You may also receive text notifications and may stop those at any time.
Customer Data includes data relating to any purchases of goods and/or services such as your name, title, billing address, delivery address email address, phone number, contact details, purchase details and your card details. We process this data to supply the goods and/or services you have purchased and to keep records of such transactions. Our lawful ground for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps at your request to enter into such a contract.
Any requests for refunds will be considered and decided on a case-by-case basis evaluating our 30-day happiness guarantee. Flash drives require a $10 service charge to return, and of course the product itself must be mailed back. Concierge Experience refunds are only for digital products; no refunds on physical products shipped.
The eCourse is designed to be completed at your own pace. You are responsible for completing the course on your own time.

Further, Kitchen Stewardship reserves the right to terminate access to any individual who fails to abide by these terms and conditions.
Registrants are deemed and presumed to be aware of and familiar with this eCourse Terms and Conditions Agreement. Violation of these terms and conditions will result in eCourse termination and possible legal action.
