eCourse Policy
To access the online Kids Cook Real Food™ eCourse, P.E.P. Club Picky Eating Playbook membership, or any Free Series offered by Kitchen Stewardship LLC or Kids Cook Real Food™, you must attest that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Terms and Conditions Agreement. The term “course” includes the eCourse or membership web pages, courses, videos, and all associated materials. The term “free series” includes any web pages, videos, worksheets, and all associated materials. Read this Terms and Conditions Agreement carefully.
Use of eCourse and Membership Materials
All eCourses, memberships, and associated materials, along with references used in or related to the eCourses and memberships, are the copyrighted property of Kitchen Stewardship or of third parties and used under permission granted to Kitchen Stewardship and may only be used in the manner detailed in this Terms and Conditions Agreement. This includes any products created in the future.
Permission to use the eCourse or membership lessons and associated materials in any other way must be obtained in writing from Kitchen Stewardship and/or the publisher or author of the material. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for the eCourse and membership or others as approved by Kitchen Stewardship. You may use the associated materials to personally teach as many children as you would like, not for profit. A group of friends in a private home or even a homeschool co-op are all acceptable uses of your membership. However, you may not pass along the materials to others (either for their personal use, or to teach other children) or accept money for teaching the classes. We do offer a For-Profit License for for-profit educators. Contact support@kidscookrealfood.com for details.
As an eCourse registrant, you will have online access to the eCourse and associated materials for the term for which you registered: either 12 months or as long as Kitchen Stewardship hosts the materials (and for a minimum of one (1) year at VIP level). After that time, Kitchen Stewardship may choose to discontinue the eCourse, at which time online access may also be discontinued. Any lifetime memberships are allowed to download videos and PDFs, hence access continues even if the online dashboard is gone. The P.E.P. Club membership access lasts as long as monthly or yearly payments are made.
The only physical products associated with the eCourse are ordered separately. Physical products are non-refundable.
Content within courses, memberships, and workshop bundles are subject to change.
You may view and read all materials that are part of the eCourse. In terms of printed materials, you may copy and distribute the eCourse “Memory Tools” and distribute them only to the children you teach. All other printed materials are the copyrighted property of Kitchen Stewardship, and may only be used personally by you. You may also download and save or print any and all PDFs and other electronic files that are part of the eCourse and associated materials. However, they may be used only for the purposes set forth above. PDF and other electronic files may not be disseminated to third parties in either electronic or printed form. Other than teaching children, you are prohibited from sharing, communicating, publishing, or in any manner distributing to other parties the eCourse and its associated materials.
These terms and conditions apply immediately upon registration for the course, and continue while you are taking the eCourse, and upon and after completing, withdrawing from or terminating the eCourse.
eCourse, Membership, and Free Series Access
Only registrants have access to the dashboard content. You are prohibited from sharing your login information with others.

These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for the free series or others as approved by Kitchen Stewardship. No material shall be reproduced or shared online or offline in any way.
