How to Build a Healthy B.R.A.I.N. with Dr. Louise Swartswalter (HPC: E64)

Dr. Louise Swartswalter was at death’s door and on oxygen for 3 years when she was a special ed teacher juggling her two kids. If that’s not a serious health crisis, I don’t know what is!

She wouldn’t accept being sick forever though, and her quest for health became a new passion and career.

She found that working with special ed kids and healing her own brain were remarkably similar. Now she specializes in healing and balancing the human brain through her signature B.R.A.I.N. System, the most comprehensive healing system for the brain, body, soul, and life. She mostly focuses on helping professionals improve their business and lives through optimizing their brains, but she agreed to talk to us today about how we can start our kids off right!

In this interview, you’ll learn:

  • Favorite “brain foods” for kids
  • How the 4 “bodies” come into play for best brain health (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual)
  • Tricks to optimize your brains, starting with releasing baggage
  • Special healthy brain strategies for families struggling with sensory challenged kids, ADHD and autism spectrum and more (Dr. S is a special ed teacher turned naturopathic doctor turned biofeedback specialist)

Biofeedback for Healthy Brain Function

  • 7:57: When Dr. Swartswalter was sick, her brain power was way down. When she began working with dyslexic children she noticed that they had many of the same food sensitivities she had. She eventually began using a biofeedback device and her students started improving faster than with other therapies alone. The device was balancing the neurotransmitters in the brain.
