Remember when I tried to share a “fav clips show” for episode 200 of the Healthy Parenting Connector and failed?
There were just too many incredible interviews, so I rounded up the first 100 and promised a “part 2” for the next 100 episodes.
Here we go!
I chose interview guests from whom I’ve learned something that we’re still implementing in our house OR some guests I knew got excellent feedback from the community. In fact, there were multiple tips I pulled that made me think, “Oh RIGHT, I absolutely need to implement that now, I just forgot about it!”
I even shared one of the techniques with my daughter who needs to be able to fall asleep better – you’ll hear what it is when you get to Dr. Jeannine Jannot’s interview clip on the disintegrating student. You also might find it interesting that said teenage daughter poo-pooed the idea completely. Le sigh…
This will be a “drinking from the fire hose” kind of scenario with a lot of different tips coming at you. It’s my hope that you can find a few to integrate into your week and ALSO that you get excited to listen to the full interview of some of your own favorites. You can use the links below to open those up and listen the next time you’re doing something with your hands like folding laundry or washing dishes!
I’m just tickled that I’ve been able to interview so many incredible, wise people over the five years of this show. Watch for the new podcast version of what we’re doing here, the Healthy Parenting Handbook, coming January 9, 2024!!

โI love this stuff and use it daily! If I feel like I could be getting sick, I use it several times a day, and symptoms disappear! I recently gave it to my sister and she loved it, too! Wonderful product and superb customer service!โ
